Mojo de naranjas

The recipe for mojo de naranjas originated from Gran Canaria.

mojo naranja

 1 Garlic bulb
 ½ tsp Salt
 ½ tsp Cumin
 1 tsp Green pepper spice
 ½ Fresh green pepper
 A little parsley
 2 Juice of oranges (sweet or bitter oranges according to taste)

Peel the garlic and separate into cloves. Cut the fresh pepper into small cloves. Remove the parsley stalks and coarsely chop the parsley.
Crush the garlic, salt, cumin, green pepper and parsley in a mortar or mix to a paste in a food processor or blender.
Add the orange juice, stirring all the time.
